What is the white-label calculator?
It's a fully branded version of our BC Home Affordability Calculator that runs on your domain with your logo, colors, and contact information. Your clients use it, and the leads come directly to you.
How long does setup take?
Most white-label setups are complete within 48 hours. We handle the technical configuration — you just provide your branding assets and domain.
What does it cost?
We charge a flat monthly fee with unlimited calculations and leads. No per-lead fees, no hidden costs. Contact us for current pricing.
Do I need technical skills?
No. We handle all the technical setup. You'll receive a link to share with your clients and access to view your leads.
What calculations does it include?
The calculator covers mortgage qualification (GDS/TDS ratios), BC property transfer tax (including first-time buyer exemptions), monthly cash flow breakdown, and a unique sell-to-buy flow where net proceeds from a sale become the down payment.
Is the calculator accurate?
Yes. We use 2025 BC tax brackets, current stress test rates, and standard lender qualification formulas. The calculator is updated whenever regulations change.
Can I customize the branding?
Absolutely. Your version includes your logo, brand colors, contact information, and runs on your own domain or subdomain.
How do I receive leads?
Leads are emailed to you instantly when a client completes a calculation. You can also access a dashboard to view all leads and their calculation details.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No long-term contracts. Month-to-month billing. Cancel anytime.
Do you support other provinces?
Currently we support British Columbia only. Ontario and Alberta versions are in development. Contact us if you're interested in early access.
